We offer specialization training for engineers who want to work in the field of industrial automation.
Contact UsFor people who want to build automation for production processes we have created a course based on experience. It is a unique course that provides information and experiences that are obtained at work over the years. We have divided this course into modules and we want to give each participant time necessary in which to assimilate the information.
Based on the description and P&I schemes, an industrial process turns into a sum of equipment with a relational logic between them and an individual operating logic. The role of an automation engineer is to understand the process, to find the most suitable equipment and the best operating logic. In this module we approach various industry processes, analyze the operation of industrial equipment and we learn to create the necessary documents for the next steps.
An automation application consists of 3 parts: measurement, logic and control. For measurement and control a physical support represented by panels and electrical automation installations. The role of an automation engineer is to know how to connect the equipment and arrange them in an electrical logic. In this module we see and understand how to connect electrically equipment and how to draw up an electrical automation scheme.
The logic component that is responsible for the functioning of automation is defined in 3 ways: literary, approached in module 1, algorithmic, which we study in this module and in the programming language specific to the platform we are working on. Algorithms have a special structure and are required for writing programs in a programming language. In this module we learn the structure of algorithms, we transform logic into algorithms that can be transcribed into any programming language.
The brain of automations, the PLC is the programmable equipment that contains the logic of operation and controls the process of production. PLC programs are written in their own languages, languages common to PLCs from various manufacturers, but with notable differences. In this how to learn how to transcribe an algorithm in a program, create standard functions to use in your projects and get in touch with programming environments from several manufacturers.
For the process to be fully automated, a monitoring and control interface is needed for human operators. Its purpose is to provide information about the process and to facilitate human control. The display environment of the interfaces can be from small HMI screens, mobile devices, to dispatchers with multiple monitors. In this module we learn to create intuitive graphical interfaces, to display data from PLC, to work with databases and third party applications, to generate reports and to write operation manuals.
Commissioning is the process of installing programs, configuring, starting, testing and modifying. In this module we approach the commissioning theoretically, with the steps to follow, we simulate the programs you created in the previous modules and we learn how to train people who will work with the automation you do. For the experience to be complete, at the first project we will be with you on site to help you with commissioning.
Learn how to create an industrial automation starting from a production process.
You work on a real process and build automation as you would at work.
You learn to study documentation and become familiar with a wide range of automation equipment.
You learn to build and draw an electrical automation scheme for switchboards and field installation.
You get analytical and logical thinking and you learn to transform production processes into operating logic.
You learn industrial programming on platforms from various manufacturers and you create a library of functions.
Create the documents needed for an automation application.
Gain theoretical and practical experience in the work of automation engineer.
Go to employment much more on your own because you know how to do it.
You benefit from consulting from people with a lot of experience in the field.
You leave the course with materials that you can use in your daily work.
You have a support person who will help you in your first project.
The course lasts for a period of 6 months, 1 month for each module. The modules have a learning period and a learning period
implementation.
The learning period lasts from a few days to 1 week and involves the transfer of information necessary for implementation
module, the period we will cover together.
The implementation period has a period of several weeks and involves work
necessary for each module in the most real way possible. It is a period of individual work with our help where you are not
you can handle.
Switching to the next module involves completing the previous module.
The course takes place online or in the hall depending on the participants. The sessions will be individual and group held at mutually agreed times.
