We support the maintenance personnel in obtaining the necessary theory and practice for carrying out the maintenance operations.
Contact UsWe rely on two aspects: it is important that maintenance people are well acquainted with PLC automation in order to intervene quickly in case of damage and it is important that their learning is done by people with experience in the field. For this, we chose to hold courses that address people in maintenance with different levels of knowledge, people who are part of the maintenance teams of enterprises.
The basic course is addressed to electricians, technicians and electromechanics who do not have programming knowledge, but which maintain the machines with PLC automation. In this course you learn how to identify, modify and repair the automated installation from the point electrically. Learn what a PLC is, what it consists of, how to connect it, how to identify faults and how to fix it when you don't have access at installation with a computer.
This course is addressed to people in the maintenance team who know how to use a computer and have basic knowledge in programming and automation. In this course you learn what is taught in the basic course plus information about PLC programs. Learn how to connect to PLC, how to work with programs, programming basics, how to track a program and how to identify and troubleshoot programs.
The advanced course is addressed to the people from the maintenance team who have to make changes in the programs. These people must have a thorough knowledge of automation and understand programming well. In this course you learn what is taught in previous courses plus programming advanced PLC. Learn advanced programming notions with which they can read and understand complex programs, follow the logic of operation and make changes.
You improve your technical knowledge with which you will solve problems faster and better.
You learn what a PLC is and how to work with it.
Learn tested methods of rapid intervention in case of failure.
You learn PLC programming to the level you can understand.
Talk to experienced people who give you their knowledge.
You can pass the experience gained in the CV and you can use it in job interviews.

The courses take place over a period of 4 days of 8 hours each. The courses are held in the classroom where we learn theoretically and through simulation
using models, then in production on a real machine where I apply in real conditions what I learned in the gym.
We aim that through these courses we can help the maintenance people to be able to apply the knowledge learned in the courses from the next day.
There will be a preliminary discussion of the course with each participant in which we establish what each one needs to learn, and we will check at the end if we have
met the requirements. We will check after a while to see if the information provided helped the participants in their work.
